Arrest made in vehicle theft after keys left overnight

SINT MAARTEN (EBENEZER) - The police patrols arrested a man with the initials J.E., today July 7th, 2020, on suspicion of theft of a vehicle that was reported stolen in the Ebenezer area.

The owner of the vehicle explained to officers that the keys to the vehicle were accidentally left in the car the night prior and they noticed that the vehicle was no longer parked in the area in which they left it.
