SINT MAARTEN (GREAT BAY) - The St. Maarten Science Fair Foundation (SMSFF) is excited to announce that the 2025 St. Maarten Science Fair will take place from March 31 to April 5, 2025, marking the Foundation’s 30th anniversary.
To celebrate this milestone, SMSFF promises to make this year’s science fair even more engaging and impactful than before by expanding it to include additional science categories and related activities.
The 2025 Science Fair will feature STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) projects from secondary school students aged 12 to 18, along with a series of related workshops, demonstrations, panel discussions, and science career field trips. Several secondary schools have already signed up and are eager to participate, with more anticipated to join.
“We are very excited to celebrate 30 years of empowering our youth through science education,” said Dr. Rolinda Carter, President of the St. Maarten Science Fair Foundation.
“This anniversary is not only a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved over the years but also an occasion for us to take the Science Fair to new heights by expanding the event with more opportunities for learning and engagement.”
